Offer Resources
Resources are typically a human with available time, however, they can be anything you have to offer. If you have 4 or 5 hours of free time a week and you are a Front End developer add that resource to your profile (Front End Developer), this way projects who need resources matching what you have to offer can find you. Keep in mind resources are nearly anything, so if, for example you have a spare AWS server available to host a website on, list that (Hardware, Server).
